David Myer is a REALTOR® and Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Before entering real estate in 2020, David served for 12 years in law enforcement, where he developed a strong foundation in professionalism, neutrality, and navigating complex, high-stress situations.
David earned his CDRE® designation through the Ilumni Institute and focuses on supporting clients and professionals through the unique real estate challenges that arise during divorce. His work often involves collaboration with family law attorneys, Certified Divorce Lending Professionals (CDLPs), therapists, and financial professionals to ensure the real estate component of the divorce process is handled with care, clarity, and coordination.
David joined Vesta: A New Vision for Divorce to be part of a multidisciplinary network dedicated to educating and supporting individuals navigating divorce. He believes that when professionals work collaboratively and transparently, clients are better equipped to make informed decisions during one of life’s most significant transitions.
By bringing structure and transparency to what is often one of the largest assets in a divorce, David helps minimize surprises, protect all parties involved, and move cases forward with as little friction as possible.
