Lyerly Spongberg is a DCA Certified ADR Divorce Coach®, DCA Certified Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach®, Certified Co-Parenting Specialist™, and Trauma-Informed Coercive Control Coach who helps clients move through and beyond divorce with clarity, steadiness, and strategy.​ Lyerly brings a rare blend of professional training and lived experience to her work. After navigating her own high-conflict divorce, raising children through major life transitions, and eventually blending a family of eight children, she felt called to become the kind of divorce coach she once needed—someone grounded, compassionate, and clear-eyed. Her work is especially impactful for individuals navigating complex dynamics, including controlling or high-conflict partners, co-parenting challenges, or the emotional overwhelm of early-stage divorce.

Through her coaching practice, Step Up With Lyerly, she supports clients across the country in making smart, values-aligned decisions at every stage—whether they’re still weighing their options, preparing for mediation, or restructuring life post-divorce. Her focus areas include emotional readiness, organization, co-parenting planning, boundary setting, and​ communication skills—particularly when it comes to high-stress or high-conflict interactions.
