Jolee Vacchi is a leading family law expert, divorce attorney, and mediator. As the Founding Attorney of Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center based in Worcester County, Massachusetts, she helps individuals leaving toxic relationships resolve family law conflicts as painlessly and amicably as possible to build a solid foundation for their future filled with freedom, stability, and peace of mind.

In addition to her interests in alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations, Jolee is also an experienced practitioner in high-conflict cases involving the potential removal/relocation of children out-of-state, domestic violence, coercive control, and narcissistic abuse.

Jolee co-hosts Divorce Detox, a weekly podcast featuring raw, unfiltered conversations with Certified Divorce Coach Lisa Happ and their expert guests. The podcast covers a wide range of divorce and co-parenting issues while empowering listeners to cope, heal, and thrive while navigating the inherently flawed family court system.

Jolee earned her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a collaboratively trained attorney and Certified Family Law and Divorce Mediator.

Outside the negotiation room and the courthouse, Jolee can be found on her homestead with her husband and two children, caring for her mixed flock of chickens, ducks, and Nigerian Dwarf goats.
