Molly W. Chung, an attorney at Casner & Edwards, practices exclusively in the area of family law and divorce litigation. She has over seven years of experience representing sophisticated clients in contested and uncontested divorce, custody, modification, contempt, paternity, and equity actions. Molly has extensive experience in the areas of complex domestic relations litigation, often including high net-worth estates, business interests, and families with young children. She has experience conducting extensive discovery to uncover hidden marital assets and income, advocating for clients through high conflict custody battles, and negotiating intricate settlement agreements in a variety of domestic relations matters. She also works with parties who are mediating their issues, both as a neutral mediator and as an advisor to one party during the mediation process. Molly is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Administration, the Boston Bar Association, and the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Hamilton College.
