Karen is a certified Health and Life Coach and an accredited Energy, Mind, and Emotion practitioner. She also facilitates an 8-week mindfulness course called the Clarity Catalyst Program, derived from Stanford University’s Master’s Degree program. Karen has enhanced the course to make it specific for those navigating the complex emotions of divorce by helping them focus on mindfulness and mindset practices. Karen empowers clients to break free from limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential. She offers unwavering support, assisting clients to navigate the challenges of divorce with ease and confidence, enabling them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
