Self-Care During Divorce & the Pandemic -Hosted by Lexington/Winchester Hub

ONLINE, interactive WEBINAR, will focus on strategies to improve your happiness, health, and overall self-care!

Times of stress such as divorce and pandemic, activate our survival brain and result in fatigue, fear, and panic. These in turn undermine our ability to think clearly, manage our emotions effectively and make smart, informed choices.

Join Lisa Dahl, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Magda Ellis, Certified Life and Divorce Coach, Esq. to explore self-care strategies that will help you stay emotionally, mentally, and physically well during challenging times.

We will describe how survival brain and thinking brain work together. We will explore the power of mindset, mindfulness, self compassion and self-care and provide concrete tips on how minor daily choices lead to better health and happiness.

We design our events to be informational while allowing you time to ask questions. Our goal is to create an interactive setting centered around connection and education, which leaves you feeling empowered.

There is no charge for attendance. Advance registration is required. We will email the Webinar link and the handouts to registrants prior to the online event.
