Lisa is a Certified Divorce Coach who made the decision to become a Coach after experiencing the divorce process first-hand and seeing time and time again how hard it is to stay on course when emotions run high. Lisa serves as a thinking partner to her clients and helps them make more informed decisions, while also lending much-needed emotional support.
As someone with a background in teaching yoga, meditation and self-regulation, Lisa believes that prioritizing self-care allows us all to bring our best selves to the table. Lisa guides clients to walk their own path and works to empower them to achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves.
Lisa works with clients at all stages of the divorce process, from contemplation through post-divorce, and often works in conjunction with a client’s other team professionals. She also runs divorce support groups.
